DIVINA COMEDIA

This project is a modern redesign of the Inferno section of "The Divine Comedy," aiming to make it accessible to a young audience. The original work is complex due to its archaic language and theological depth. The redesign of the Inferno creates intentional reading difficulty, with rotating text to reflect the anguish of hell. Its interior evokes a dark and sinister atmosphere, using black and white images and a variable typography (IBM Plex Sans). This edition of the Inferno is part of a collection of three books. Purgatory will show a mix of light and darkness, and Paradise will be presented with a clean and white design, contrasting strongly with the Inferno. The goal is to innovate the presentation of a classic, making it more attractive through a design that conceptually reflects the experience of the work.
